Penny Dale (writer)
Penny Dale is a British children's books author and illustrator.[1]
Background
Penny Dale was born in 1954 and currently resides in Caerleon. Penny Dale studied Fine art and graduated at Exeter College of Art. In 1982, she moved to South Wales. She is married and has one daughter.[2]
